All playstructure are made in composite larch wood structure, the fixing elements in hot galvanized steel.
Alle Türme sind aus Lärchenleimbinder sowie die Podeste aus einer speziellen wetterfesten strukturierten Holzplatte. Die restlichen Aufstiege, Brücken und Rutschen
werden von der Serie Mondo übernommen.Die Bodenfixierung erfolgt durch feuerverzinkte Stahlfundamente. Die Dimensionen und Kombinationen sind gleich wie bei der SErie Mondo,
dessen TÜV-Zertifizierungen somit auch für die Serie Woddy gelten.
Für diese Serie sind ab sofort Podest in einer Höhe von 1,90m und 2,40m erhältlich.

The upholding structures are made out of steel profiles and sheet cut out by laser, welded in protection field, Hot-dip galvanized and double powder coated by method „Duplex“

Hot-dip galvanizing is a form of galvanization. It is the process of coating iron, steel, or aluminum with a thin zinc layer, by passing the metal through a molten bath of zinc at a temperature of around 860 °F (460 °C). When exposed to the atmosphere, the pure zinc (Zn) reacts with oxygen (O2) to form zinc oxide (ZnO), which further reacts with carbon dioxide (CO2) to form zinc carbonate (ZnCO3), a usually dull grey, fairly strong material that stops further corrosion in many circumstances, protecting the steel below from the elements.

Polyethylen / HDPE 500
Our products are exclusively manufactured out of high density polyethylene, HDPE 500, with structured surface.
Features:
- the polyethylene is depth coloured, the colour lasting in time
- humidity proof
- does not alter in time
- UV resistant
- does not exfoliate - compared to wood sheets
This product is a very hard polymer, insoluble and environment friendly, being recyclable.
The basis colours are red, yellow and blue.

POLYSTONE® PLAY-TEC ist ein hochmolekulares Polyethylen HDPE500 mit beidseitig speziell genarbter Oberfläche (geringe Kratzempfindlichkeit).
Es ist ein wasserfestes Polymer, das absolut keine nachteiligen Auswirkungen auf Menschen, Pflanzen, Tiere oder Mikroorganismen hat.

Fastener / Befestigung
All the fasteners used are zinc coated or made out of stainless steel. The special, self-locking nuts offer an additional protectin against theft.
Die Schrauben, Muttern und das restliche Befestigungsmaterial sind ebenfalls aus Edelstahl oder verzinktem Stahl.
Die selbstsichernden Muttern und die speziellen Schutzkappen sind aus schlagfestem Kunststoff (PA) und bieten einen besonderen Schutz vor Diebstahl.
